i have brought in my tags and the type and i get diagnostics. its an old computer so live chat wont chat. Manuals dont give details of what the detail for ordering is. I thought the tag detail was the answer but i get run around and do this and that. i dont want to test i just want to see the parts. cords and batteries and the right ones.
I can't try alternate cord because I have not to alternate with.
Nor do i have another battery.
And the third light in front is running bright red. I have tried the suggested ideas with resetting and undoing cords and all that.
I just want to find out how to order what exact cord I need.
i dont care how to pay and all that, just give me the details of what you have for cords that go with my computer # 3521 and how much they cost. If this was a simpler site i'd been done last night. i went to walmart as well and entered the laptop and i got fifty suggestions for everything. so so much for technology in finding answers. BUT right to the left in two ads were the exact dell cord offered with the correct computer listed. I know i need 100 240 in or out and the other number 65. I believe I know I need a cord charger like mine that said PA 12. I just need to get to the ones you offer two prong cords and is safe to use.
I dont know those other sites if they are okay to order from or id be done by now.
